Order Processing Times
We offer both in-stock and pre-sale items. Please review processing times carefully before placing your order.
Pre-Sale Items
• Pre-sale items require 14-21 business days to process before shipping
• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays
• Orders containing pre-sale items may ship together once all items are ready
In-Stock Items
• In-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days (domestic)
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or incorrect address submissions

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all hair sales are final.
Final Sale Items
• All hair extensions, bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, and custom units are FINAL SALE
• No refunds, exchanges, or returns once the package has been opened or used

We will gladly assist if:
• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
To qualify:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and your order number
• Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
